Delete Your Melon Picker Account

Melon Picker, by JUGS LLC — how to delete your account and data

You can delete your Melon Picker account and its data at any time. There are two ways: directly in the App (instant), or by email if you no longer have access to the App.

Option 1 — Delete in the App (instant)

1. Open the Melon Picker app
2. Tap the Profile tab
3. If you are not signed in, sign in with the account you want to delete
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account
5. Confirm when asked

Deletion takes effect immediately.

Option 2 — Request Deletion by Email

If you can’t access the App (lost phone, uninstalled, can’t sign in), email us instead:

• Send an email to hello@melonpicker.com
• Use the subject line: Delete my Melon Picker account
• Send it from the email address associated with your Melon Picker account, so we can verify it’s you

We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

• Your sign-in account (Google, Apple, or email)
• Your profile and settings
• Your cloud-stored test data
• Your support messages
• Your push notification token
• In-app deletion also clears the App’s data stored on your device (saved picks, tester points, settings)

What Is Not Deleted

• Purchase records at Apple / Google: your App Store or Google Play purchase history is controlled by Apple or Google, not by us.
• Already-collected crash reports and analytics events: these expire automatically under our providers’ rolling retention windows (typically 90 days for crash reports, no longer than 14 months for analytics) and are not used to identify you after your account is deleted. If you want analytics data associated with your account ID purged sooner, say so in your email and we will request it from the provider.
